Deadlines for ordering:

Last day for orders to be received or made online- May 14th 

Order Processing:

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after received.  Orders are shipped UPS ground.  Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping options.

Deadline for completed tests to be received:

June 1st  (No exceptions!)

Test Result Timelines:

If test results are needed by June, please test between March 1-31 and return by April 5. CAT requires 21 in-house days for computer scoring. (Allow 6-8 weeks to receive results.)

Returning Tests to us: It is highly recommended that you use a carrier that is traceable (UPS/ FedEx). If test results are needed by June, please test between March 1-31 and return by April 5. Terra Nova requires 21 in-house days for computer scoring. (Allow 6-8 weeks to receive results.)

Eastern States: (East of Mississippi River and MO, AR, and LA)

Deadlines for ordering:

Schools deadline for ordering is May 14th.  (Testing later in the year does not give your students an advantage toward higher scores.)

Test Results Timelines:

If you would like to have results back before the end of your school year, you should test by the end of March and return by April 5.  CAT and Terra Nova require 21 in-house days for computer scoring. (Allow 6-8 weeks to receive results.)

Western States: (West of Mississippi River except for MO, AR, and LA)

Deadlines for ordering:

Schools should order before March 1st.  

Testing and Results Timelines:

Testing should be done between March 24th-April 30th. All tests must be returned to West Coast Educational Services no later than May 15, 2007 for scoring or an additional scoring charge of $150 will be charged to your account.   Results are sent to the school during the summer.
